INGREDIENTS

2 pk Frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
6 Beaten eggs
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
1/2 c Flour
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 Lemon ; juice of
1 lg Carton small curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb Brick cheese cubed
1/2 lb Velveeta; American, or cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spinach or broccoli until defrosted. Drain well and cool. Add all
ingredients but the cheeses and mix together. Fold in hard cheeses then
fold in cottage cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
