Soba, buckwheat noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice broccoli on the diagonal for stir-frying - flowers, stalks and
all. Using a small amount of broccoli at a time, stir-fry in a little
oil, along with scallions, ginger and garlic. Serve as a topping for
