INGREDIENTS

1 Broccoli
100 g Blanched almonds
3 tb Olive oil; up to 4
2 Spoonfuls of bread crumbs; up to 3
Salt and white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the broccoli in salty water. In a frying pan add almonds into the
olive oil, add crumbs, salt and pepper until golden brown. Pour the
almonds on to strained broccoli to give a crunchy taste.
