INGREDIENTS

1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Piece fresh ginger root; 1/2 inch; grated
2 ts Vegetable oil
1 lb Broccoli; cut into florets
1 md Leek; thinly sliced white part only
2 tb Vegetable stock
1 ts Tamari soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute ginger and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add the broccoli,leek,
and stock. Toss together. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the cover and continue to saute until the vegetables are just
tender, about 10 minutes. Mix in the tamari and serve immediately.
