INSTRUCTIONS
Saute ginger and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add the broccoli,leek, and stock. Toss together. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the cover and continue to saute until the vegetables are just tender, about 10 minutes. Mix in the tamari and serve immediately.
