6 c Broccoli, cut into florets
1 T Olive oil
1 T Lemon juice
1 T Balsamic vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces.
Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving
dish, whiskRemaining ingredients for dressing.  When broccoli is
cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
