INGREDIENTS

20 oz Frozen broccoli spears
1 T Cornstarch
1 T Grated orange peel
1/2 c Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook broccoli. Mix cornstarch, orange juice and orange peel.  Stir in
orange juice. Cook over med.heat, stirring ocnstantly, until mixture
is thickened. Reduce to low heat; simmer 1 min. Serve over cooked
broccoli.
