INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Evaporated skim milk
3 tb Flour
1/4 ts Lemon pepper
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 ts Prepared horseradish
3 c Frozen cut broccoli; cooked and drained
1 SM

INSTRUCTIONS

In cover jar combine evaporated skim milk, flour and lemon pepper. Pour
into medium saucepan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in mustard
and horseradish. Add broccoli and stir until blended.
NOTES : Serves 4 (3/4 cup) Each serving equals: HE: 1 1/2 Ve, 3/4 SM, 1/4
