INGREDIENTS

24 oz Chicken breast, cut in 1"
cubes
1/2 Fresh parsley, finely
chopped
1 t Fresh garlic, minced
1/2 t Cumin
Salt and white pepper, to
taste
3/4 c Olive oil
2 Yellow food coloring
8 8" skewer sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of
chicken. Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in
