Broiled Beef (yakiniku)

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Cubed beef
1/2 Head Sliced Cabbage
6 Scallions, cut in 1/2 "
slices
1 Sweet potato, peeled sliced
2 Bell peppers, quartered
Lots of small mushrooms
2 T Sesame seeds
1 t Hot red pepper
1 t Minced garlic
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Sugar
1 t Rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and rice
vinegar into a marinade. Marinate meat for one hour. Cook over
charcoal, on a griddle or under a broiler. Dip veggies in marinade  and
