Broiled Bluefish With Gin

INGREDIENTS

Bluefish fillets
1 Lime
1 T Dried onion flakes
Pepper
Melted butter
1 T Gin, or so

INSTRUCTIONS

(The Meades)  Recipe By : Joan Rosenblatt  Put fillet(s) in an oiled
baking pan, sprinkle with the juice of the  lime, dried onion flakes,
pepper and a little melted butter. Let  stand for 30 minutes or so.
Broil in preheated broiler until nearly  done. Pull out of the broiler
and pour over gin -- mixed with a  little more butter, I think. Return
to broiler to flame. Author's  Notes: Other possibilities for bluefish:
Baked bluefish fillets  wrapped in bacon strips Bluefish a la
puttanesca: Cover with  puttanesca sauce (see a pasta book - tomatoes,
black olives,  anchovies, capers ...) and bake.
