1/4 c Honey
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 t Ground Ginger
4 Large Lamb shoulder chops

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together first 5 ingredients.  Trim excess fat from chops; place
chops on grill.  Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture
