INGREDIENTS

4		Fillets
1/4	c	Melted butter
		Salt & pepper
1/2	c	Grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Place fillets in shallow dish, drizzle with half the melted butter, &
season with salt & pepper. Place under broiler 3-4 minutes. Turn over
& drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with cheese & return to
oven 3-4 minutes.
