INSTRUCTIONS
VANILLA SUGAR
Lay rings on sheet tray lined with foil. Top the fruit with a
sprinkling of vanilla sugar and a small butter dollop. Broil until
sugar melts and top with freshly ground pepper.
Yield: 4 servings
VANILLA SUGAR:
In food processor, grind vanilla bean with sugar until finely ground.
