Broiled Steak

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Red wine vinegar
4 Beef T-bone (or porterhouse) steaks (about 3 lbs.)
1 tb Cooking oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Dried sweet basil,crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Brush vinegar on both sides of each steak.  Brush with cooking oil.
Arrange on broiler tray.
Mix salt, pepper and basil in small cup.  Sprinkle 1/2 over steaks.
Broil for 5 minutes.  Turn steaks over.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/2
of seasoning.  Broil for 5 minutes until desired degree of doneness.
