3 | Ripe firm tomatoes, sliced | |
about 1/2" thick | ||
4 | oz | Feta cheese |
1/2 | T | Chopped marjoram |
Fruity olive oil | ||
Freshly ground pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes. Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
