Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese

INGREDIENTS

3 Ripe firm tomatoes, sliced
about 1/2" thick
4 oz Feta cheese
1/2 T Chopped marjoram
Fruity olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble
the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the
top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil  until
the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes.  Remove,
drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the  marjoram,
