(6-1/8 oz) water-pack tuna; drained

Finely chopped onion

Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Chopped seeded cucumber

English muffins; split, toasted

Cheddar cheese; 1-oz each
INSTRUCTIONS
In medium bowl, combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, cucumber and dill; mix
well. Spread each muffin half with 1/4 of mixture; top with tomato slice.
Place on broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.
Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until tomato is hot. Top
each with cheese slice. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese
melts.
