INGREDIENTS

2 | c | Uncooked brown rice |
2 | c | Cooked, chopped meat |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
1 | large tomatoes | |
Salt to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat fat in skillet; add rice, onion, tomatoes and salt. Cover skillet and cook over low heat for 45-50 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in cooked meat and cook until meat is heated through.
