INGREDIENTS
1 | c | Chicken broth |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
2 | T | Sugar, optional |
1 1/2 | c | Minute Instant Brown Rice |
1/2 | c | Fresh cranberries |
2 | T | Sliced almonds, toasted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring broth, orange juice and sugar to boil. Stir in rice and cranberries. Return to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
