Brown Rice With Sunflower Seeds And Grapes

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Stalk celery, finely chopped
1 c Brown rice, raw
1 T Oil
1 T Finely chopped fresh thyme
or up to 2
1 t Dried thyme
2 1/2 c Chicken broth
2 T Sunflower kernels
3/4 c Halved seedless red grapes

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion and celery in oil until crisp-tender. Stir in rice and
thyme. Add broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover, simmer 45 - 50
minutes. Stir in sunflower seeds and grapes.  Recipe by: : Pillsbury
