INSTRUCTIONS
How to Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Toss the potatoes with the vegetable oil and season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. While the potatoes are baking, place the butter, brown sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and melt over medium heat. Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with the melted sugar mixture.
