Brown Sugar Marinade For Bbq Spareribs

INGREDIENTS

2 Fresh ginger root
4 T Brown sugar
3 T Soy sauce
1/2 t Five spices
1 t Sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients. Rub
mixture over spareribs. Let stand 1 hour; then roast.  From <The
