3 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Dry white wine or water; (I use wine)

I love the idea of the Shabbat menu so here is mine this week. I have
18 people Fri night and 6 for lunch so I will have enough left overs.

for this amount of people I use 2 side of fresh Salmon
Place fillets in lg baking dish and marinade a few hours . Bake 15 to
25 mins at 180C,basting a few times. bake skin side down and dont
turn fish. Holds well on hot tray.
