Eggs German Cookie 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Bars German sweet chocolate
1 tb Butter
2 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsifted flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Finely chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Cool. Beat eggs until foamy, then
add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time; beat until thickened (about 5 minutes
on medium speed). Blend in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, salt and
cinnamon. Blend. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased
baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven until cookies feel 'set' when lightly
touched, about 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Makes about 36 cookies.
