INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Last 6 ingredients are for the icing. Mix flour & sugar in large
bowl. In saucepan melt butter, shortening, cocoa & water & bring to a rapid
boil. Pour this mixture over the flour mixture & stir well. Add beaten
eggs, buttermilk, soda & vanilla. Bake in long, greased cookie sheet
(12x24-inch) at 400 for about 20 minutes. (You MUST use this size pan.)
ICING: Melt together butter, cocoa & milk. Remove from heat & add sugar,
vanilla & nuts. Ice hot brownies & let cool before cutting into squares.
