Put all ingredientsin a blender and mix well. Spray 2 mini-loaf pans with
Pam and pour in batter. Bake at 350 for 18 min. Don't over bake. Should be
chewy. EACH SERVING: 1P, 1B, 1/2M AND 14 CAL
