A friend of my mom's made these great tasting rolls that are completely
kosher for passover. She made many very small rolls, however, as she said,
they can be made larger. She even makes Kaiser rolls sized rolls for her
son to make sandwiches with. These really are wonderful.
Heat water and oil to boil. Add salt and sugar and stir until disolved.
Turn heat to low, mix in matzah meal, and allow to cool at least 10
minutes. Add 3 beaten eggs to the mixture. Once everything is well mixed,
you can then take the dough and place on a greased cookie dish. Heat at 325
degrees for 1 hour.
She noted that you probably need to double the recipe for about 6 people.
One batch makes about 10 relatively small rolls
