Dairy Canadian Casserole 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

16 sl Bread
8 sl Canadian bacon or ham
8 sl American cheese
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Minced onion
1/4 c Minced bell pepper (up to)
2 tb Worcestershire
3 c Milk
1 ds Red pepper
1 Stick butter; melted
1 c Crushed potato chips or corn flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

In 9x13 casserole, layer 8 slices bread, bacon, cheese and 8 slices bread.
Combine salt, pepper, mustard, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, milk and
red pepper. Pour over bread and let stand overnight. Pour butter on top;
cover with chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
