INSTRUCTIONS
Put potatoes into greased 8" baking dish. Top with cheese and onion.
Brown sausage and drain and crumble. Spread over cheese. Mix eggs,
milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
