INGREDIENTS

2 | lb | Brussel sprouts, cooked |

1/4 | c | White wine vinegar |
1 | T | Caraway seeds |
1 | t | Coarse, kosher salt |
Black pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place bacon in a single layer in a 2 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Cover loosely with papper toweling. Microwave at 100% power for 5 minutes 30 seconds or until done to taste. Remove from microwave. Remove bacon from dish with a slotted spoon; set aside. Stir in Brussels sprouts, vinegar and caraway seeds into the casserole dish. Cover with lid. Microwave at 100 power for 10 minutes, stirring once. Remove from microwave.
