INGREDIENTS

1 cn Pillsbury biscuits
1 lb Hamburger
1 Jar of pre-made tomato-pasta sauce
1 Medium-size package of mozzarella cheese
1 Onion
3 Gloves of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the onion & garlic in a large skillet until tender. Add the hamburger
& brown. In a 9 by 13" baking pan break apart the still raw Pillsbury
biscuits into smallish bite-size pieces. Just scatter them all over the
bottom of the pan. Mix the pasta sauce with the browned hamburger. (Feel
free to drain the meat first to get rid of excess oils). Pour the
meat/pasta mixture over the pieces of dough and spread evenly in the pan.
Empty the package of mozzarella cheese on top of everything.
Bake at 350 until the biscuits have risen inside and are no longer doughy.
The cheese will melt and slightly brown. Takes about 20 minutes.
