INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil and fry the garlic until light brown. Add all the
mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Add
the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the cornflour in water and add to the wok. Bring to a quick
boil and dish up to serve.
