Dairy Cheese 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Durkee Hot Sauce; plus 2 T.
12 oz Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/3 c Margarine or butter; softened

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Hot sauce and other ingredients in food processor or mixer.  Beat
until smooth.  Chill.  Remove 20 minutes before serving. Yields 5 cups.
