INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the bulgar wheat in warm water for 30 minutes.
Drain it and squeeze it dry thoroughly. Put it in a bowl.
Drain the chick-peas, and add these and the cucumber, peanuts and
herbs to the wheat.
Beat together the remaining ingredients and fold them into the salad.
