INGREDIENTS

1 lb Sirloin Steak, cut into thin
strips
2 T Sesame Oil
2 T Cooking Sherry
2 T Sugar
1/3 c Soy Sauce
1 Onion
2 Or 3 Cloves Garlic
1 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince garlic and chop onion (finely).  Mix all ingredients with the
steak strips.  Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours
refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.  It
says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always
