INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Beef; (I use a tender cut such as tenderloin)
4 Spring onions
3 Cloves garlic
1 tb Sesame seeds
3 tb Sake
2 tb Water
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Sesame oil
Chili pepper
Salt
Half an onion; thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Freeze beef for half an hour, so you can slice it very thinly. Make
marinade :Place sesame seeds in a frying pan and cook until they achieve a
pale brown color. this should take a few minutes. Shake pan often. Powder
toasted seeds in a coffee grinder. Chop spring onions. Combine all the
ingredients and marinate sliced beef for 1 hour. Grill beef .
