1/4 | c | Ketchup |
1 | t | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | t | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Pepper |
1 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1 | Zucchini | |
4 | Submarine buns |
INSTRUCTIONS
In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix in beef; shape into 12 meatballs. Cut zucchini into 16 slices. Beginning with zucchini and 3 meatballs onto each skewer. Place on greased grill over medium heat, cook, carefully turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
