INGREDIENTS

3 lb Stew meat
1 cn Golden mushroom soup
1 pk Onion soup mix
1 cn Beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all fat from stew meat & place in pan to cook. Spread the onion soup
mix over meat. Then spread mushroom soup & pour can of beer over all. Cook
5 hours at 325. May be covered part of the cooking time. Serve over rice or
noodles.
