INSTRUCTIONS

Put butter beans in a black pot. Cover with water. Add fat meat, a little
butter and pinch of salt. Cook on low heat for a long time until tender.
The senses, feel, see, smell and taste are very helpful in cooking. It was
a pinch of this and a pinch of that. For that reason some of the old
recipes do not have the exact amount of measurement.
