Butter-Braised Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

5 tb Butter
2 ts Curry Powder
8 c Cabbage; finely sliced
Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat butter with curry powder in a large saute pan. Add the cabbage and
stir to coat with butter. Cover, lower heat and cook gently for 5 - 6
minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender. Season with
salt and pepper. Makes 4-5 cups.
