INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together flour, salt ad baking soda and set aside. Work in egg and
vanilla vigorously. Then stir in flour combination. Drop batter from a tsp
onto a greased cooky sheet, allowing plenty of room for expansion. Bake in
preheated 375 oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 48.
Variation: add =AB cup coarsely chopped nuts; 1 cup chocolate pieces
