INSTRUCTIONS
Set oven temperature to 300 degrees. Place nuts on jelly roll pan and heat
in oven while you beat egg whites. Beat egg whites and salt in large bowl
until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Add warmed
nuts to egg white mixture. Stir until all nuts are covered. Place butter in
pan and melt in oven. Spread nuts evenly over the melted butter. Cook in
oven. Stir every 10 minutes for 30 minutes. Cool and store in airtight
container.
