INSTRUCTIONS
Heat ghee, add dals and cashew and cashewbits. Fry till light brown.
Add cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves red chillies and buttermilk
in that order. Add salt and rice and cook covered on low heat till
done. Garnish with coriander
Serve piping hot.
