INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Oleo; melted
1 c Buttermilk
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Lemon extract
1 Pie shell; unbaked–9"

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and flour, add oleo.  Mix well.  Add
buttermilk and extracts.  Pour into pie shell.  Bake at 325° F. until
custard is set and slightly browned as desired.
Note Well:  This delicacy has absolutely NO calories, fat, or cholesterol
provided no one sees you eat a piece.

is only lard that imparts that unique flavor and flakiness <sp?> found in
