Butternut/sweet Potato Kugel

INGREDIENTS

2 Sweet potatos
1 lg Butternut kugel
4 lg Eggs
1/2 c Sugar; ( taste to check if you like it sweet) (up to 1/3)
1 c Flour
2 Riches parve cream
1 tb Parve margarine
3 ts Vanilla essence
1 Rounded teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and cook both vegs till soft in a small amount of water. Drain off
water,cool and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process
till smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or oblong
glass dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with foil
lightly. 160c for about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs till the centre is no longer soft.
