INSTRUCTIONS
Place the ribs in a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. In a small bowl,
combine the dressing mix, oil, and half of the lemon juice; mix well
and pour over the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours,
or overnight, turning once. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place
the ribs in a roasting pan that has been coated with nonstick
vegetable spray and pour the marinade over the ribs; roast for 60
minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and
the remaining lemon juice over the top. Return to the oven and roast
for 10 to 15 more minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
