INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 1:00. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bag . Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout. Per serving: calories 492, fat 12.8g, 24% calories from fat, cholesterol 277mg, protein 85.8g, carbohydrates 5.4g, fiber 1.9g, sodium 373mg.
