| 1 | tb | Soy sauce |

| 1/4 | ts | Seasoned salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Pepper |
| 1/4 | ts | Dried thyme |
| 1/4 | ts | Ground mustard |
| 1/4 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
| 2 | lb | Ground beef |
| 8 | Hamburger buns; split |
INSTRUCTIONS
