Ingredients: 3 lb Boneless stew meat; 1/2 c Oil; 3 lg Onions; chopped; 2 lg Bell peppers; chopped; 3 Cloves garlic; minced; 2 cn Whole kernel corn; 1 cn Creamed corn; 1/2 ts Red pepper; Salt & pepper to taste; Water

3	lb	Boneless stew meat
1/2	c	Oil
3	lg	Onions; chopped
2	lg	Bell peppers; chopped

		Salt & pepper to taste
		Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown beef in oil; add remaining ingredients and simmer for two hours.
Serves 8.
